Kay Byrd, the manager of Markays Trucking, was at her desk, deciding whether or not to push a button to make the biggest international truck deal of her life. She had seconds left to decide.

Kay Byrd, was now tasked with arranging a pre-purchase inspection with a tight deadline, and she had no idea how the system in the U.S. works. Even as doors were closing and her options were dwindling, Kay saw her international phone bill go up by £20, £40, £60, £700, £1,000.
