GREENEVILLE, Tenn.----Forward Air Corporation today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 25, 2010, and is expected to be paid on September 9, 2010.
