Truck driving jobs with training - There are a ton of trucking jobs out there, but most trucking companies are looking to hire seasoned truckers or at least truckers that have gone through previous training at trucking schools or academies. However, there are a handful of trucking companies that will reimburse new truckers for their training at a trucking school in exchange for a minimum amount of time that you promise to work for that company. I’ve also heard that some trucking companies would consider paying for your training as long as you promise not to join a trucker’s union, which oftentimes can tend to be easier said than done.

Your first step to becoming a trucker would be to look up how to get your CDL license. And you can also try searching the web for information on trucking companies that would be willing to pay for you to get your CDL license.

As a freight factoring company, Capital Depot purchases bill of ladings from trucking businesses throughout the nation. They pay 100% for your bill of lading, less a nominal fee - the same day they receive your bill of lading, CASH is deposited directly into your bank account, so you never have to worry about getting paid from a broker or shipper ever again.

Plus, they don’t impose any monthly volume requirements or require any long term contracts – simply use them when you need them and leave whenever you want.
